Was dich erwartet

  • Project development of our ground-mounted photovoltaic systems in Germany, from the planning decision to the building permit,
  • Coordination of land-use planning procedures (qualified and project-related development plans and land-use plans),
  • Introduction and presentation of SENS and project plans to various stakeholders (municipal stakeholders / administration / landowners),
  • Coordinating, commissioning and advising consultants and planning offices, as well as communicating with the municipalities and public agencies,
  • Negotiating and concluding urban development contracts,
  • Management and optimization of projects in economic, contractual, technical and time-related terms,
  • Preparation of internal decision papers for the investment decision,
  • Coordination with other specialist departments (in particular technical planning and purchasing).

Du bringst mit

  • Degree in the field of renewable energies, geography or real estate or a comparable course of study or comparable training?
  • Many years of experience in the field of urban land use planning
  • Sound knowledge of project management as well as a commercial, technical and legal understanding of projects
  • Analytical skills as well as an independent and autonomous way of working
  • Customer-oriented appearance and strong communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office programs
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
