What you can expect

  • Campaigns, trade fairs, marketing material - from the kick-off to the successful completion of the project and the follow-up, you're in charge.
  • You ensure that our Good Energy can be experienced at all touchpoints.
  • You develop and implement communication concepts for various topics of external and internal communication (e.g. people, project and change communication as well as sustainability).
  • You are responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of internal events, media and formats (e.g. townhall meetings, conferences, kick-off events) including their follow-up.
  • You are developing and refining content concepts for internal communication and implementing them through various internal measures via all channels to our employees (company newsletters, podcasts, video formats, etc.).
  • You are the interface for a smooth flow of information within the company.
  • You independently lead your projects with our external agency partners to success.
  • You keep the overview by working out calculations, as well as planning and controlling the budget and contracts.

What you bring with you

  • If you have a degree in marketing, digital marketing, communication management or another comparable course of study or training, you're ready to get started with us. 
  • You have a good sense for brand, communication and design.
  • You have already gained some experience in marketing and event management and are familiar with the topics of communication and project management.
  • Time and project plans are your passion.
  • One creative idea follows the next in your head!
