What you can expect

  • You coordinate the suppliers, service providers and internal departments as part of project execution.
  • You ensure the achievement of project goals in terms of time management, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • You carry out quality controls and acceptances.
  • You are responsible for the documentation and reporting of quality controls, construction work and acceptances.
  • You support our colleagues in the Sales department during site visits and in the calculation of offers.
  • You carry out technical reviews of offers.
  • You organize and conduct regular project meetings.
  • You will be responsible for handing over projects to internal/external partners.

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in economics or engineering or further training as a master craftsman/technician with a technical background (e.g. mechatronics technician, electrician, mechanic)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the position of site manager for large-scale PV power plants
  • Good organizational skills, as well as a structured and problem-solving approach are an advantage, as is a technical affinity
  • Confident handling of MS Office is a prerequisite
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel due to Germany-wide deployment
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1 level) and good knowledge of English (B1 level)
