What you can expect
- As team leader, you will assume responsibility for the regional supply chain and thus ensure efficient and effective processing of our ambitious projects.
- You will play a key role in shaping the development of the regional supply chain and will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of regional purchasing, deadline monitoring, quality assurance, warehousing and logistics.
- You plan, control and monitor our regional supply chain by focusing on close coordination with suppliers and service providers. A high degree of information quality and transparency ensures on-time and surprise-free deliveries and services, which are always in line with the planned project specifications.
- In day-to-day operations, you work closely with the global commodity group management as well as the other specialist and interface departments and are thus a link to the pulse of time and always the famous step ahead.
- You conceptualize both regional procurement logistics and an economically sustainable warehousing system, always keeping an eye on project-related requirements.
- Together with your team, you continuously develop and optimize processes with the goal of seamless and trouble-free project implementation, thus ensuring productivity and the highest level of quality.
- You ensure that the agreed KPIs are met and that the regional and global supply chain strategy is implemented.
What you bring with you
- Completed studies in the field of logistics, business administration or engineering or comparable professional training
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in a comparable supply chain role, ideally with leadership experience
- In-depth knowledge of procurement logistics with a proven track record of supply chain optimization and inventory management implementation
- Analytical skills, results orientation and assertiveness with strong negotiation skills
- Outstanding teamwork and communication skills as well as a self-reliant and very structured way of working
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with an essential eye for optimization, efficiency and process reliability
- Confident handling of the common MS-Office tools and very good EDP skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Additional language skills, experience in the PV industry or in project business are an advantage
