What you can expect

  • Operational and proactive support of the team in the area of project execution of large-scale PV projects
  • Planning, organization, attendance and follow-up of meetings as well as project meetings
  • Electronic document maintenance and filing
  • Carrying out vehicle and travel bookings, invoicing and cost control
  • Preparation of documentation, reports and presentations
  • Administrative support in setting up and managing construction sites 
  • Taking over the office management
  • Support of other projects in the area of Engineering & Project Execution

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed commercial training
  • Proactive, conscientious and structured way of working as well as a high degree of organizational and coordination skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Distinctive communication skills and a quick grasp of things
  • Very good written and spoken German (at least C2)
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2)
  • At least three years of professional experience in the assistance sector
