What you can expect

  • Further development and implementation of the personnel development strategy 
  • Planning, implementation and management of personnel development measures for talent identification, development and retention
  • Active support and sustainable expansion of the SENS Academy 
  • Accompanying annual employee and development appraisals and deriving measures
  • Conducting personnel development discussions and identifying qualification tasks
  • Conception and implementation of management training
  • Design and management of individual workshops and (target group-specific) development measures
  • Collecting and analyzing talent KPls in connection with the development of best-practice solutions
  • Trend scouting and benchmarking with regard to talent management measures

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed degree in business or psychology with a focus on human resources or completed commercial training with relevant additional qualifications or comparable
  • Several years of experience in personnel development / talent management
  • High social and consulting competence and a professional as well as confident appearance
  • Very good communication skills in German and English combined with a strong team and service mindset
  • Innovative and open-minded approach to the field of activity, with the will to implement projects and to inspire the workforce to do so
