What you can expect
- Leadership and expansion of claim management as well as responsibility for interdisciplinary exchange, in particular with the Quality Management department
- Processing of incoming and outgoing claims, if necessary with the involvement of external legal advisors
- Further development and standardization of processes and documentation for claim management
- Prioritization of risks according to economic and legal consequences
- Creation and optimization of processes to avert subsequent claims
- Supporting the specialist departments with regard to claim management as well as in the preparation of contracts and their review for warranty issues
- Assumption of central warranty processing
- Execution of evaluations as well as training of project managers for the future prevention of subsequent claims
- Responsibility for knowledge transfer to the country companies and training of the country managers
- Support of further projects in the area of claim management
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, law or comparable qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (preferably power engineering, alternatively industrial engineering or electrical engineering)
- Relevant experience in the area of claim or contract management
- Several years of experience in the field of construction management of large-scale projects, ideally in the field of photovoltaics
- Assertiveness and confident appearance
- Communication skills with high social competence
- Distinct ability to work in a team, problem solving skills and independent working style
- Very good German language skills are urgently required (at least C2)
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
- Class B driving license
