What you can expect
- Preparation and review of contracts for our project projects
- Taking over and supporting contract negotiations
- Involvement and coordination of external legal advisors
- Supporting internal stakeholders in tendering and evaluating individual contract components
- Further development and standardization of processes and documentation for contract administration
- Support of our internal departments in all legal matters (esp. Supply Chain and Project Execution Department)
What you bring with you
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration, commercial law or comparable training
- Several years of experience in contract management (preferably in the project business)
- Very good knowledge of contract law and good technical understanding desirable
- Reliable, systematic and independent way of working
- Conceptual and solution-oriented way of thinking
- Very good knowledge of German and English
