What you can expect

  • Advising managers and employees on all personnel-related issues as well as in the areas of performance and talent management
  • Assumption of operational HR work as well as the management of all HR processes along the employee life cycle from entry to departure
  • Recruiting, applicant management, conducting interviews and selection interviews, negotiating employment contracts within the framework of internal specifications
  • Participation in personnel development and its operational implementation in the field of support
  • Personnel administration, creation of statistics and evaluations
  • Further development of HR processes and assumption of project responsibility (digitization, new work, ...)

What you bring with you

  • Business studies, successfully completed training with a focus on HR or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist or HR business partner required
  • Very good knowledge of labour and works constitution law as well as HR processes
  • a professional appearance towards contact persons at all levels of the company
  • High communication skills, social skills and negotiation skills
  • Fluent German and written English
