What you can expect

  • Assist in the further development of the company's organization
  • Support of international initiatives in the area of organizational development
  • Providing support to teams in change processes
  • Preparation and implementation of workshops
  • Managing all project management tasks
  • Development of change concepts including employee participation, information and communication design
  • Management of international teams in change projects

What you bring with you

  • Studies in the field of economics, with a focus on organizational development, corporate development or change management.
  • First work experience in the context of a student job or an internship
  • Ideally knowledge of modern, classical and agile concepts and tools in the context of change and project management
  • Strong communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Distinct organizational talent, high implementation strength, conceptual strength, combined with quick comprehension and confident handling of complex topics
  • Experienced handling of MS Office applications
  • Business fluent German and good English skills
