What you can expect

  • You will be responsible for the project management of PV systems (ground-mounted systems).
  • You ensure the achievement of the defined project goals, especially in the areas of time management, budget and quality.
  • You will actively promote stakeholder management, e.g. meetings with authorities, technical consultants, landowners, developers and subcontractors.
  • You are responsible for the organization and implementation of regular project meetings.
  • You manage the project execution of major national and international projects.
  • You carry out risk management and derive appropriate measures to minimize risks and implement them.
  • You will also be responsible for quality control and acceptance during the construction phase and for downstream repair work.
  • You coordinate the project handover to internal and external partners.
  • You keep the reporting and documentation up to date.
  • You will also be responsible for the technical review of offers and the creation of technical drawings and specifications.
  • You will coordinate external engineering offices and service providers, as well as selecting, evaluating, qualifying and managing subcontractors.

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering (e.g. energy technology, civil engineering or industrial engineering)
  • Several years of experience in project management or as a site manager in large-scale power plant construction
  • We expect a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
  • Structured and team-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel
  • Very good knowledge of German (C1 level) and good knowledge of English (B1 level)
