What you can expect

  • Identification of suitable sites for ground-mounted photovoltaic plants in the area Hamburg/Schwerin or in the are Düsseldorf/Münster
  • Identification of and contact with corresponding property owners
  • Introduction and presentation of SENS and project plans to various stakeholders (municipal stakeholders / administration / land owners)
  • Presentation of the specific lease model to land owners
  • Initiation, negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements for securing land as well as use, design and urban development agreements
  • Determination of the need for planning documents (maps, owner lists, etc.) as well as their procurement and analysis or evaluation
  • Conceptual design of the project structure in terms of economic, contractual, technical and time aspects
  • Preparation of internal decision documents for the investment decision
  • Further development of the target group strategy for addressing property owners
  • Coordination with other departments (especially technical planning and purchasing)

What you bring with you

  • Degree in renewable energy, geography, real estate, urban planning, town planning or spatial planning or a comparable course of study or comparable training
  • Many years of experience in the field of acquisition
  • Profound knowledge in sales and project management as well as commercial, technical and legal project understanding
  • Analytical skills as well as a self-reliant and independent way of working
  • Customer-oriented appearance and strong communication skills
  • Confident knowledge of MS-Office programs as well as very good German and English skills
