What you can expect

  • You are responsible for transferring the corporate strategy to the Engineering & Project Execution department and for its continuous, future-oriented expansion and structuring.
  • You take over the definition of departmental goals and implement and control group standards for the SENS Group.
  • You will be responsible for the disciplinary and technical management of the employees in the Engineering & Project Execution departments.
  • You are in charge of the timely implementation and execution of all PV projects and ensure the realization of revenues for the SENS Group.
  • You initiate, manage and control optimization projects, always keeping an eye on market developments (technologies, etc.). 
  • You support the COO regarding the handling of strategic implications as well as the handling of risks.
  • You ensure a continuous knowledge transfer within and between the departments for the constant further development of the areas.
  • You will play a key role in the optimization and further development of the product and service portfolio in coordination with Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering & Project Execution, O&M and TQM.
     

What you bring with you

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering (preferably civil engineering, electrical engineering, renewable energies or a comparable course of study)
  • Ideally 10 years of management experience of different teams in a project environment
  • At least 5 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, preferably in the field of photovoltaics
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing efficient processes
  • Expertise in the areas of planning and development of large-scale PV projects
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, PVsol and PVsyst
  • Initiative, strong leadership skills, negotiation skills as well as customer-oriented persuasion and communication skills
  • Professional appearance towards contact persons of all company levels and business partners
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, additional foreign language desirable (Italian, Spanish, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
