What you can expect

  • You manage and coordinate the activities of the EPC Utility Scale sales team
  • You are responsible for the professional development of the EPC Utility Scale sales team
  • You take part in EPC tenders
  • You negotiate EPC and O&M contracts
  • You are responsible for achieving sales and EBITDA targets 
  • You are responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy
  • You anticipate market trends
  • You support continuous process improvement and standardization
  • You prepare regular reports on key sales figures and deviations from targets, including the definition of improvement measures

 

What you bring with you

  • Successfully completed studies (Master's degree, diploma) in energy technology, business administration, engineering or comparable qualification with several years of professional experience
  • Several years of sales and management experience in the PV environment, ideally in the utility scale EPC context
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Flair and passion for the PV industry paired with the ability to think innovatively and "out of the box"
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • High level of management and coordination skills with regard to cross-divisional cooperation
  • Willingness and awareness to manage competencies, promote knowledge development and set standards
  • Independent way of working and a clear image of transparency & self-organization
  • Empathic team player and negotiation strategist
