Senior Specialist Cloud (m/f/x)

• You will implement an overarching cloud operations strategy
• You will be responsible for increasing the degree of innovation, improving interdisciplinary, cross-company collaboration, while optimizing operating costs
• You evaluate and use new products and new technologies
• You will help to form the interface between the cloud providers and the cloud users and thus provide various IaaS, PaaS and SaaS (such as selection, aggregation, integration, security, performance management) or optimize existing services
• You will work on standardizing the integration of cloud services into business processes
• You provide support in the procedural process of using cloud services in the company (technical aspects, content agreements, billing, etc.)
• You will be responsible for the conception, commissioning, operationalization and further development of cloud services
• You will ensure the continuous development and review of regulations to increase the security of cloud infrastructures and services 
• You will implement measures and changes within the framework of internal group projects, with the participation of internal and external project participants 
• You ensure high-performance and high-availability operation
• You develop customer-specific solutions and implement them
• You plan and implement administrative measures
• You will promote dialogue, maintain contacts and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers
• You will be responsible for cross-team 2nd and 3rd level support for the IT services responsible
• You will be responsible for monitoring, reporting and reporting as well as documentation and BCM

• Successfully completed studies in the IT environment or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the IT environment
• Conception and use of Microsoft 365 Workplace technologies
• In-depth knowledge of the implementation of Microsoft 365 online services and their administration, with IT governance and data protection mechanisms in the Microsoft 365 environment
• Provision of cloud services and their security aspects in the company
• Dealing with multi-cloud environments, especially when using Microsoft Azure
• Management and collaboration of IT projects, involving manufacturers and providers as well as taking into account regulations and guidelines
• Project planning and management experience with internal and external stakeholders in an international environment
• Authoritative and skilful appearance as well as reliability and discretion
• Organizational skills, creativity and a high degree of team orientation
• Flexibility, initiative and commitment
• Very good and business-fluent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken (at least level C2)
