Claim Manager (m/f/x)

• You will be responsible for setting up claims management and for interdisciplinary dialogue, particularly with the Quality Management department
• You process incoming and outgoing claims, if necessary with the involvement of external legal advisors
• You drive forward the further development and standardisation of processes and documentation for claim management
• You prioritise risks according to economic and legal consequences
• You support the specialist departments with regard to claim management as well as in the preparation of contracts and their review for warranty issues
• You take over the central warranty processing
• You create analyses and take over the training of stakeholders to prevent additional claims in the future

• Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, law or comparable qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman (preferably energy technology, alternatively industrial engineering or electrical engineering)
• Relevant experience in the area of claim or contract management
• Several years of experience in the construction management of large-scale projects, ideally in the field of photovoltaics
• Assertiveness and confident demeanour
• Good communication skills with high social competence
• Strong ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills and independent working style
• Very good German language skills are required (C2) and very good written and spoken English skills are an advantage (C1)
