Head of Portfolio Management (m/f/x)
Tasks:
- You lead the Portfolio Management division, including technical and disciplinary management
- You provide a central source of information that provides an overview of the existing and potential portfolio and its performance (historical and planned)
- You evaluate the financial and technical performance (e.g. return profile, technical KPIs, project progress, performance ratio)
- You carry out risk management and evaluation to derive diversification strategies
- You recognise and question performance changes and deviations from the plan or the previous performance calculation
- You derive investment or disposal proposals and other measures to optimise the portfolio
- You are responsible for deriving bidding strategies from a portfolio perspective to secure attractive FITs or PPAs in close coordination with the Energy Management department
- You define requirements for (framework) contracts such as EPC, O&M and insurance and other contracts (technical and legal advice) in close coordination with the Strategic Procurement team
- You create and maintain business plans to determine capital requirements, sales and profit contributions (short and medium-term investment planning)
- You provide a schedule that synchronises the dimensions of development, construction, risk assessment (e.g. based on due diligence) and capital procurement

- You carry out a detailed profitability calculation or financial modelling for each project in the portfolio
- You prepare the project budgets and liquidity requirements from investor supervision
- You ensure a smooth handover of the project between phases (from PD to EPC, from EPC to O&M, from overall project management to asset management)
Requirements:
- Completed commercial studies or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in portfolio management
- Experience in the field of renewable energies
- Management experience desirable
- Reliable, systematic and independent way of working
- Analytical and conceptual way of thinking
- Very good knowledge of German and English (C1), other foreign languages desirable
