Your tasks

  • As Purchaser of the regional supply chain you will assume responsibility for several product groups, including various services, and thus ensure efficient and effective processing of our projects. In this role, you report to the regional Team Lead Supply Chain.
  • You skillfully plan, control and monitor the assigned commodity groups and attach importance to a very close coordination with suppliers and service providers.
  • You coordinate the complete inquiry process, analyze and evaluate offers and coordinate quality characteristics as well as technical requirements with the specialist and interface departments.
  • You plan and conduct contract and price negotiations and bring them to a successful conclusion. On this basis, you create purchase orders in the ERP system, carry out condition and invoice checks and support purchasing controlling.
  • You ensure a high level of information quality and transparency in order to guarantee on-time and surprise-free deliveries and services, which are always in line with the planned project specifications.
  • You ensure that the agreed KPIs of your commodity groups are met and collaborate on internal projects for process and cost optimization as well as in the design of procurement processes.

Requisiti:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain with focus on operational purchasing (energy market segment preferred)
  • Analytical skills as well as strong negotiation skills
  • Strong team playing attitude
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication skills as well as a self-reliant and structured way of working
  • Distinct market orientation as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Confident handling of the common MS-Office tools and good ERP skills
