Team Leader Procurement

Funzioni:

• Selection, qualification, valuation of suppliers and subcontractor and maintain professional relationship

• Compilation of specifications with support from the technical department
• Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers
• Close cooperation and coordination with several departments such as project developing project management, accounting and controlling
• Evolution and execution of cost reduction and quality improvement measures
• Independent processing of orders and confirmation of invoices and implementation in the ERP-System
• Uses a keen understanding of the industry to know which supplies are most important and where to look for reliable, reasonably priced suppliers
• Identify damaged or defective goods and work out an alternative solution with the supplier
• Master data maintenance of material, suppliers, conditions and delivery schedules
• Review and evaluation of supplier offers
• Further tasks within the purchasing & logistics department

Requisiti:

Requirements and competences:

• Successfully completed commercial or technical education, university degree in economics, industrial engineering or comparable education
• Business-fluent German and English
• Confident behavior
• Experiences in communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Technical understanding

Professional experiences:

• Previous experiences of working in a purchasing team
• Ideally experiences in photovoltaic or construction industry
